Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and organized Resident Relations Associate to support the operations of a residential property in Denver. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and resident retention.

Responsibilities

  • Support property operations, including maintenance coordination, leasing, finance, administration, and overall resident satisfaction.
  • Act as liaison between the maintenance team and residents, addressing complaints and maintenance requests.
  • Schedule appointments for repairs and resident meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, and paperwork related to resident accounts.
  • Follow up with residents to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
  • Assist with processes related to rent increases, late payments/collections, evictions, and move-ins/outs.
  • Maintain accurate resident files, lease applications, and deposits; assist with leasing as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; prior experience in residential property management preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment effectively.

Work Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $23 per hour.

The Resident Relations Associate role is integral to the community, providing support to both the property management team and the residents. This position requires someone who is not only skilled in administrative tasks but also excels in creating positive resident experiences.
